Allemann Technologies Sàrl is a Swiss company providing expertise in the fields of software development for embedded systems, mechatronic systems development and integration, industrial bus systems (CAN, Flexray,...) and control technology.

In the past years, Allemann Technologies Sàrl, former under the name of Allemann Consulting (since 2001), specialised in the automotive industry, in particular in the fields related to x-by-wire technology and active assistant systems integration for the automotive industry.

Final presentation of the SPARC project on the test track of Papenburg (D). The presentation took place during two days and was attended by about three hundred visitors. The first day was dedicated to the final audit from the european commission. This one was utmost satisfied with the quality of the reached results. The second day was attended by the VIPs of the different partners.
During the presentation the specators were able to notice the outstanding performance of the SPARC vehicles in comparison with serial vehicles. Prominent was the strongly reduced braking distance on mu-split surface due to an ESP system with steering intervention. The virtual copilot was also presented. Emergency braking and lane keeping maneuvers when the driver is not reacting were shown. There were also different demonstration: automatic hitch-unhitch of a semi-trailer, automatic locking-unlocking of a truck differential system and finally an autonomous vehicle able to avoid obstacles on a preprogrammed path.

14.06.2007 SPARC Quartely meeting on the ATP test track in Papenburg (D). Preparation of the final event taking place from the 16th until the 17th of July 2007. A television team filmed the different SPARC vehicles to show the capability of the system: automatic avoidance of an object as the driver is not available, ESP with steering intervention, automatic hitching / unhitching of a semi-trailer, automatic differential locking system for a heavy duty vehicle.

SPARC Quartely Meeting in Münsingen. Test drive for all participants with the two first demonstrators : a Smart roadster car and an Actros truck. Both vehicles completely integrating a redundant x-by-wire technology communicating over a Flexray network and being driven with a sidestick.
